Battle on the Air

WMHW-FM’s 2026 Battle on the Air is officially [closed] for submissions. Check in next year!

What’s this about? Every artist, band, or solo act can submit one original, clean, radio-ready track, any genre, as long as it’s got both vocals and instruments. We’ll be airing entries Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 p.m. starting March 2, and listeners will vote on their favorites through March 8.

The song with the most votes will be crowned WMHW Song of the Year and take home a trophy, along with a free demo recording session with Moore Media Records.
